You can do Bitcoin Arbitrage and what I will show here are just a few examples, you can find more for sure
We have already covered FOREX in our previous post, while Crypto Currencies have just been scratched into our other article “Crypto Currencies vs AML“, here we’ll talk about Bitcoin Arbitrage.
Now let’s go step by step and find out how we will make money online, safe from home.
First thing, what is arbitrage. Arbitrage is the technique which exploits price differences between two or more suppliers. Basically you make a profit once you buy low and sell high.
I will not delve into all types of arbitrage, which will be present in future articles, and how to exploit them.
Now go online and find one, two or more Bitcoin exchanges which work online. One of them is LocalBitcoins, which is like a marketplace where everybody sets his/her own price per Bitcoin.
This happens because Bitcoin is not a centrally controlled “Currency”, if it can even be called a currency (many call it a commodity), and as such everybody can publish a price, without being pushed aside by a central Bank or Reserve (Federal Reserve).
You cannot do prices setting on the US Dollar, because there are a lot of laws and regulations forbidding you to do that on a large scale. The same applies for EUR or other currencies.
Now, go find a few Bitcoin Arbitrage opportunities. Remember Buy Low / Sell High.

You see above that you can Buy Bitcoin at ~722 ans Sell at ~790, this way you have the Bitcoin Arbitrage. You are already making a profit via Buying/Selling on the spot.
Theoretically this is Bitcoin Arbitrage completely Risk free. You can make money all day because no one will breathe on you neck on why you are abusing USD, EUR, GBP or whatever currency.
You can find online many other exchanges, which can be combined in order to form a Bitcoin Arbitrage opportunity, like CoinBase or Paxful just to name a few. Rest assured that there are many many more on the market. You will find them in different legislation and under very different rules and Laws.
Is it truly Risk Free. I like the saying that “Nothing is for Free” and life proves it everyday.
What should you take extreme care here.
- Protect your electronic wallet as this will be one of the most valuable assets you will have in this activity.
- Beware that Bitcoin transaction are not reversible. Bitcoin Arbitrage participating entities (buyer vs seller) should take extra care when exchanging cash and Bitcoins.
- There are a lot of scammers out there, so your experience will not always be all roses.
- Check very well the commissions involved. They can nullify your profit and sometimes result in a loss for your otherwise Bitcoin Arbitrage Risk Free trading.
Take extra care into any action you do online, do you homework and read the already available information.
There are a lot of opportunities to be exploited and Bitcoin Arbitrage is just one of them.
Hope you enjoyed this post.
Looking forward to seeing you back soon.
